When you place an order, your product will ship within 48 business hours from the date of sale. For example, an order placed on Monday will ship no later than Wednesday. Our standard ground shipping typically arrives between 3-5 business days after your order is shipped. Please note that if an order is placed during a national holiday, there may be a delay in processing your order. Presently we are able to fulfill orders only in the USA.

All sales of our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) products are final sale and cannot be returned.  At our option, we will either repair or replace items that arrive damaged or defective.
