    Faulty brakes

    I have owned 2 Upwalkers. Originally the first one functioned great for 3 years until the brake cable broke. Couldn’t find anyone to fix it and it was out of warranty. Other walkers didn’t work for me because I’m tall and have back issues. So June 2024, I bought another Upwalker, large this time. Worked great until September. Under normal use, the brake cable broke. After numerous calls and emails, I finally got the replacement parts to fix it. No instructions and no referral on where to get it repaired. It’s October and 3 months left on the warranty. I am left with an expensive, unsafe piece of medical equipment that the seller is not willing to support. Buyer beware. Can’t afford another. Very disappointed in this company.

    Feel Safe

    After having experienced a fall due to a breakage of another brand of walker, my fears are relieved by the stability of my new Upwalker. I am back to expanding the difference of my walk each day.

    Up walker

    I used one like this on my vacations and I love it. It folds nicely and not hard to get in the car. LOVE THIS ONE

    Easy on the back

    I love that the UpWalker allows me to walk with good posture which reduces strain on my upper back. The width of the rollator makes it easy for me to stay within the wheels while walking. The sliding seat allows me to take a nice long stride without having my knee bump into the seat. The UpWalker does not offer a lot of shock absorption when going over bumpy sidewalks and curbs. With use, I am getting better at managing theses. The addition of pneumatic tires would move my rating to five stars.

    Great Mobility Investment

    U have owned my UPWalker since before the pandemic. It's a great investment. In order to maintain my physical fitness, I walk at least 10,000 steps every other day. My back won't tolerate a normal rollator. The only problem is that LifeWalker Mobility became Journey, the mail and phone numbers have changed. This is difficult for a Septuagenarian.
