When you place an order, your product will ship within 48 business hours from the date of sale. For example, an order placed on Monday should ship no later than Wednesday. Our standard ground shipping typically arrives between 4-9 business days after your order is shipped.

Please note that if an order is placed during a national holiday, there may be a delay in processing your order. Presently we are able to fulfill orders only in the USA.

Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants the frame and mechanical parts against defects for 12 months from purchase. Tires and fabric seats are covered for 6 months. If defects arise within these periods, we will repair or replace the parts at our discretion. Some repairs may require self-installation using provided instructions; labor costs are not covered.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser in North America and is non-transferable. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper storage, unauthorized repairs, normal wear, or commercial use. Please contact Journey Health & Lifestyle before returning any product for warranty service. We have a 21 day return policy.

    I purchard a Journey So Lite Scooter about a momth ago. So far i am very pleased with it. However, all of the credit goes to Tyler my salesperson. He was patient with me. He was not pushy in explaining necessary information. I imagine he left work a little late that day. I asked him if he would do everything possible to have it deliverd to me the week of Thanksgiving. For that I am truly greatful..

    My scooter is easy too handle and has some speed to it, I am very happy with my purchase. I would like yo check with customer service to see if there is a cover for it? I also need to check with customer service to see if there i a cover for it. I also hope to add a photo next time.

    Mobility again!

    This scooter is lightweight and easy to use. I can get it in and out of the car by myself. I purchased this scooter because it folds rather than having to take apart/put together as required by other scooter brands. I am enjoying the freedom it gives me to be able travel around.
