Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants the UPWalker frame to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser when purchased from Journey Health & Lifestyle or an authorized dealer. Accessories and non-durable components such as wheels, brakes, seat, hand-grips resistance dampers, and armrests, which are susceptible to normal wear and tear and subject to periodic replacement, are warrantied for six (6) months.
During these warranty periods, our warranties cover all parts, labor and shipping for repairing the UPWalker. Our warranties expire on their respective anniversaries and immediately upon any sale or transfer of ownership or use of the product to another person.

While Journey Health & Lifestyle does not accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid directly, most of our products are FSA/HSA eligible for your convenience. U have owned my UPWalker since before the pandemic. It's a great investment. In order to maintain my physical fitness, I walk at least 10,000 steps every other day. My back won't tolerate a normal rollator. The only problem is that LifeWalker Mobility became Journey, the mail and phone numbers have changed. This is difficult for a Septuagenarian.

I have been using the upwalker since they 1st came out. I love it. I bought a cheaper one another brand to keep in my car. But I had a bad fall with it. So I am now buying a 2nd upwalker to keep in my car. It is more supportive not as films as brand #2. I would really give this a 10. I have people stop me where ever to ask about it. I was probably one of the 1st in Utah to buy the upwalker. Thank you for giving us seniors something that really works.

I have been using the UPWalker Lit for about 2 years. I have scoliosis in my upper and lower back. My caregiver checked my upper back and said the scoliosis in my upper back was gone.
I credit the UPWalker for straightening it. You stand straight. It is very light to put in the car.
