Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants the frame, mechanical, and electrical components including the motor to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the original purchase date.
The originally supplied battery, tires, fabric seat, seat back, and, seat cushion are all warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the original purchase date.

Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants the UPWalker frame to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser when purchased from Journey Health & Lifestyle or an authorized dealer. Accessories and non-durable components such as wheels, brakes, seat, hand-grips resistance dampers, and armrests, which are susceptible to normal wear and tear and subject to periodic replacement, are warrantied for six (6) months.
During these warranty periods, our warranties cover all parts, labor and shipping for repairing the UPWalker. Our warranties expire on their respective anniversaries and immediately upon any sale or transfer of ownership or use of the product to another person.

I had hip replacement surgery and that went well; unfortunately I now also need my left hip and knee replaced too so I use this mainly because of these problems. It only took Star (my dog) a day to adjust to the new walker and I try to walk her at least 10+ blocks a day. When my knee or hip start bothering me we sit until the pain passes (Star insists on sitting as well so she's on my lap in the walker).

This walker is so much better than my other traditional walker! It has made walking much easier. No more back and shoulder pain! I had tried out an original Upwalker before ordering and have found the premium lite version to be even better. I love it! I am even able to take my dog for a walk now. I haven’t tried putting it in the car yet, but don’t anticipate any problems. It is easy to use indoors on carpet and hard floors and outdoors on pavement. Grass is a little harder to roll on, but still possible.
