When you place an order, your product will ship within 48 business hours from the date of sale. For example, an order placed on Monday should ship no later than Wednesday. Our standard ground shipping typically arrives between 4-9 business days after your order is shipped.

Please note that if an order is placed during a national holiday, there may be a delay in processing your order. Presently we are able to fulfill orders only in the USA.

Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants the frame and mechanical parts against defects for 12 months from purchase. Tires and fabric seats are covered for 6 months. If defects arise within these periods, we will repair or replace the parts at our discretion. Some repairs may require self-installation using provided instructions; labor costs are not covered.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser in North America and is non-transferable. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper storage, unauthorized repairs, normal wear, or commercial use. Please contact Journey Health & Lifestyle before returning any product for warranty service. We have a 21 day return policy.
