When to Replace Mobility Scooter Batteries
If your mobility scooter battery once carried you 12 miles on a charge but now sputters out after 5–7 miles, it’s an indicator of aging cells and reduced capacity.
Sluggish Response: You notice slower acceleration or a lower top speed. Diminished peak power means your existing batteries can’t deliver the current the motor needs.
Extended Charging Times: When a full recharge drags on the internal resistance of old batteries has increased another red flag that replacement is due.
Unexpected Power Cuts: Sudden drops in power often point to weakened battery health.
Physical Signs: Swelling, corrosion on terminals, or leaking fluid around an AGM battery all signal it’s time to replace your mobility scooter battery.

Shipping
We aim to ship most orders within 48 business hours. For example, an order placed on Monday will typically be on its way by Wednesday. Standard ground shipping generally takes 4–9 business days from the date your order ships. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress every step of the way. We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed during national holidays may experience minor delays, but we'll get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Parts & Accessories Returns

Warranty
Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If any component is proven defective, Journey Health & Lifestyle will, at its discretion, repair or replace it with new or refurbished parts at no charge. This warranty does not cover labor costs associated with component installation or replacement.
