CPO Return Policy
All Certified Pre-Owned sales are final. If your Zoomer arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days for fast repair or replacement. No other returns or exchanges are accepted.
The Zoomer Chair is a personal electric vehicle and is not a medical device nor a wheelchair. It is not intended for medical purposes to provide mobility to persons restricted to a sitting position. Journey does not diagnose, prescribe, accept, or process insurance claims. However, most Journey products are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA. FAA compliant.
Shipping
We aim to ship most orders within 48 business hours. For example, an order placed on Monday will typically be on its way by Wednesday. Standard ground shipping generally takes 4–9 business days from the date your order ships. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress every step of the way. We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed during national holidays may experience minor delays, but we'll get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Returns
Our customer service team is here to help you every step of the way. Some products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Products all sales are final and cannot be returned. If a CPO item arrives damaged or defective, we will repair or replace it. Journey Health & Lifestyle Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If any component is proven defective, Journey Health & Lifestyle will, at its discretion, repair or replace it with new or refurbished parts at no charge. This warranty does not cover labor costs associated with component installation or replacement..

I have had my zoomer for several years and it has been very useful. I can get over many different types of territory and I can go to places with my family . I am 79 so my going places was limited.

My father- in- law has the zinger chair with the handles on the side now. I purchased the zoomer with the joystick for him. He likes that he can use his opposite hand to carry things and hold his drink. The chair is a bit heavier than the zinger, but overall a better design.
