Shipping
We aim to ship most orders within 48 business hours. For example, an order placed on Monday will typically be on its way by Wednesday. Standard ground shipping generally takes 4–9 business days from the date your order ships. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress every step of the way. We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed during national holidays may experience minor delays, but we'll get your items to you as quickly as possible.

If any component is proven defective, Journey Health & Lifestyle will, at its discretion, repair or replace it with new or refurbished parts at no charge. This warranty does not cover labor costs associated with component installation or replacement.
