Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants the frame, mechanical, and electrical components, including the motor, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the original purchase date. The battery, tires, fabric seat, seat back, and seat cushion are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) months from the original purchase date. Limitations and exclusions apply.

Journey composite carbon lightweight wheelchair
Best money we ever spent! My wife went out, looking for a donut cushion, found the chair and purchased it on the spot. Great machine, great range, lightweight, and easy to to drive.

Lightweight and User - friendly Power Chair”
“This Journey Air Lightweight Folding Power Chair is extremely convenient. It's lightweight, and the folding design makes it take up very little space. Whether it's being put into the trunk of a car or stored indoors, it's a breeze. The operation is simple, and it has sufficient power, which can handle daily outings and even(climbing slopes). The battery life is also quite good, meeting my basic daily needs. The only minor drawback is that the cup holder is a bit small, and larger cups can't fit in it. Hope it can be improved.

Light weight mobility
Love that it’s light enough and transportable so I can use my Journey when we go to events that require more walking then I can handle. I was able to enjoy our entire local Craft bazaar with my Journey!

Very impressed!
We are so very excited to get our Journey Air in! It fits wonderfully in the trunk of our Toyota YARIS! And is so portable! It went up the ramp GREAT! And has a great brake Mechanism too! We ordered this to get my grandma in and out of the casino! It will be great for that with how well it’s handling the ramp at home! We also love how the battery comes off easily for charging, without having to bring the whole chair in! Very pleased with our purchase!
