White Glove Delivery — $450: White Glove Delivery includes delivery to your home, unpacking the Perfect Sleep Chair for you, and placing it in the location you've chosen. All packaging materials are removed and hauled away for you. A delivery time will be coordinated with you by our White Glove Delivery service. Because each chair is built to order, estimated delivery is 3–4 weeks. We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns
The Perfect Sleep Chair is built to order and cannot be returned. However, if your chair arrives damaged or defective, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you. To get started, give us a call at (800) 958-8324.

Perfect Sleep Chair Three-Year Parts Warranty
Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants the frame, lift mechanism, recline mechanism, and electrical parts of this chair against defects to the original purchaser only, for a period of three years from the date of original purchase shipped. Labor to replace these parts is covered for one year on all models. We shall not be responsible or obligated to pay for any costs or expenses for examination of any warranted parts, nor is Journey Health & Lifestyle to pay cost for transportation, handling, and packaging of the parts or components.

Terms Applicable to Warranty
We will, at our option, repair and/or replace the defective parts and/or components provided that the warranty parts have not been subject to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer, have not been damaged in transit or handling, and/or have not been altered or repaired by unauthorized representatives. This warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service calls — i.e., in-home service calls solely for the purpose of educating the consumer about the product, or finding an unsatisfactory power connection, etc. Exceeding the weight capacity of the chair will void the warranty. Fabric shading cannot be guaranteed for replacement parts or replacement chairs. The Perfect Sleep Chair weight capacity is 375 lbs.

Warranty Exclusion
Journey Health & Lifestyle does not provide warranty for the batteries. Batteries are a consumable item that can drain, even without use, over time.

What is zero-gravity, and why does it matter on the Perfect Sleep Chair? + -

Zero gravity (also called neutral body posture) is a position that evenly distributes pressure across the body. By elevating the legs, the Perfect Sleep Chair relieves pressure on the spine, heart, and lungs — making it one of the most relaxing positions available.

The Perfect Sleep Chair has a battery backup feature for emergencies. Two 9-volt batteries (not included) provide a one-time emergency operation during a power outage, safely returning you to a seated position.

When activated by the hand control, the Perfect Sleep Chair's heat targets the lower-back region to warm your core, soothe stiff muscles, and relieve spinal pressure. The zoned massage uses nodes built into the backrest and leg/footrest, so you can focus vibration therapy on your upper body or shift it to your calves and lower limbs to promote circulation.

Yes. The Perfect Sleep Chair is designed for one person at a time, with a maximum weight capacity of 375 lbs and a recommended user height up to 6'5".

Because each Perfect Sleep Chair is built to order, White Glove delivery takes approximately 3–6 weeks and Threshold delivery 7–10 days, often arriving sooner depending on your location.

    Chair is great but finding a controller replacement seems impossible

    Chair works great but recently controller wire was accidentally cut. Can’t find exact one anywhere. Below is the exact controller and five pin end piece. Third picture shows where it was cut. Any help finding this journey sleep chair remote would be greatly appreciated.

    Sleep Chair

    My husband noticed that I couldn't sit comfortably since my third hip surgery (same hip). So he surprised me with a sleep chair. First night I slept without waking up at all not even for bathroom. Thank you
