The Extended Warranty is available for the Journey Air, Journey Air Elite, So Lite Scooter, and Journey Zoomer.

The Extended Warranty must be purchased at the time of your original product purchase to ensure seamless coverage from day one.

The Extended Warranty covers your battery, motor, controller, and charger — the core components that keep your device running.

Coverage varies by component:

  • Battery: 12 months total from receipt (an additional 6 months)
  • Motor, Controller, and Charger: 2 years total from receipt (an additional 1 year)

Tires, fabric, seat backs, and seat cushions are not covered under the Extended Warranty. These items are covered only for shipping damage or defects under the standard 6-month warranty.
