So Lite™ S1 12-Month Limited Warranty
Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants the frame and mechanical components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the original purchase date. The originally supplied battery, tires, and fabric seat are all warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the original purchase date. If within such warranty period the components or parts referenced in this paragraph shall be proven to Journey Health & Lifestyle’s satisfaction to be defective, the product shall, at Journey Health & Lifestyle’s option, be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished product components. In some cases, an installation kit with instructions may be provided to the owner to facilitate installation of a replacement product component. This warranty does not include any labor charges incurred in product component installation. The warranty period of the repaired of replaced product shall terminate with the termination of the warranty period for the original product. Journey Health & Lifestyle’s sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be limited to such repaired or replaced product.

    Great for Cruises

    We rented one of these for our cruise and it was great! We couldn't get an accessible cabin since we booked the cruise last minute, but my husband has mobility limitations so with this folding scooter, we were able to stay in a standard verandah cabin and could easily fold the scooter to get it on and out through the cabin door. If prices ever come down substantially, we will purchase one.

    It’s a game changer!!

    I have stage four osteoarthritis in my right ankle, causing me a lot of pain and discomfort. My Journey So Lite scooter has given me the ability to live my life as best as I can!

    French Delight

    We took our scooter from Los Angeles to Nice, France. Multiple airline flights, gate changes, long hallways. The scooter never failed. We even got to use as a carryon on the flight home.

    When in Nice, long walks(rides) to shopping, dinners, etc. The scooter was a godsent. Never could have survived without it. In and out of the car trunks with easy lifting. Love our scooter.

    New Mobility!!

    I have MS, use a walker and unable to go long distances to get around. My new Journey So Lite scooter has changed all that. No assembly required, my husband is able to move/lift the scooter without a strain. I have a new found freedom, thank you Journey So Lite !
