High quality Samsung lithium-ion cells are enclosed in a handsome black anodized aluminum housing with plastic end closures. Shipping
We aim to ship most orders within 48 business hours. For example, an order placed on Monday will typically be on its way by Wednesday. Standard ground shipping generally takes 4–9 business days from the date your order ships. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress every step of the way. We currently ship within the United States. Orders placed during national holidays may experience minor delays, but we’ll get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Warranty
Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants the frame, mechanical, and electrical components, including the motor, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the original purchase date. The battery, tires, fabric seat, seat back, and seat cushion are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) months from the original purchase date.
