Journey does not diagnose, prescribe, accept, or process insurance claims. However, most Journey products are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA. FDA registered.
Shipping
We aim to ship most orders within 48 business hours. For example, an order placed on Monday will typically be on its way by Wednesday. Standard ground shipping generally takes 4–9 business days from the date your order ships. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress every step of the way. We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed during national holidays may experience minor delays, but we'll get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Returns

Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants the Breeze Rollator with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Misuse or Damage is not covered.

Second roller raider I have purchased. They work well I just like to have them in the car and in the house so it’s convenient. They are narrow enough to go through the doors in the house. Maybe a bit heavy for the car but it is what it is.

Great price by buying from Journey
I’m a retired engineer. This is a great design over the tube frame models in my opinion.
Very stable, seat is great, soft front basket is great, folds easily to go into car.
I had a question about lubricants on the moving parts. Called service. They answered immediately and their advice fixed the minor problem.
