CPO Return Policy
All Certified Pre-Owned sales are final. If your UPWalker Premium Lite arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days for fast repair or replacement. No other returns or exchanges are accepted.

Journey does not diagnose, prescribe, accept, or process insurance claims. However, most Journey products are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA. FDA registered.
Shipping
We aim to ship most orders within 48 business hours. For example, an order placed on Monday will typically be on its way by Wednesday. Standard ground shipping generally takes 4–9 business days from the date your order ships. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress every step of the way. We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed during national holidays may experience minor delays, but we'll get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Returns
Our customer service team is here to help you every step of the way. Some products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Products all sales are final and cannot be returned. If a CPO item arrives damaged or defective, we will repair or replace it. If any component is proven defective, Journey Health & Lifestyle will, at its discretion, repair or replace it with new or refurbished parts at no charge.
