Yes. Every Journey CPO UPWalker is backed by Journey's quality guarantee. If your UPWalker arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we'll repair or replace it at no extra cost.

All Certified Pre-Owned sales are final. The only exception is if your UPWalker arrives damaged or defective — in that case, contact Journey within 5 days of delivery and we'll repair or replace it at no cost. Outside of damage or defect, CPO UPWalkers cannot be returned or exchanged.

The Certified Pre-Owned UPWalker Original has the same features, performance, and design as a new UPWalker Original — it's just been previously owned and then professionally inspected and certified by Journey before being approved for resale. Same UPWalker, significant savings.

The Standard model UPWalker supports up to 300 lbs. The Large model UPWalker supports a maximum user weight of 350 lbs.

Yes. The UPWalker is ISO safety certified, meeting internationally recognized standards for mobility device safety and performance. Yes. While the UPWalker is too large to fit in airplane overhead bins, it can be easily gate-checked for convenient air travel. Many users gate-check their UPWalker and use it right up to the airplane door, then have it returned at the gate upon arrival.

Yes. Most Journey products, including the Certified Pre-Owned UPWalker, are eligible for reimbursement through FSA or HSA accounts. Journey does not diagnose, prescribe, or process insurance claims directly, but you can submit your purchase to your benefits provider for reimbursement.
