Unmatched Comfort: Premium features include adjustable, padded armrests with removable, washable comfort pads, a reversible backrest for customized support, and ergonomic handbrakes for smooth, confident control. Ultra-Lightweight & Effortlessly Portable: As the lightest premium model in the UPWalker lineup, the Premium Lite folds easily with foldable wheels for simple storage and transport. While the UPWalker is too large for airplane overhead bins, it can be easily checked at the gate for convenient air travel. Ready to use right out of the box, it fits users from 4’10” to 6’1” and is perfect for an active, on-the-go lifestyle.

Journey does not diagnose, prescribe, accept, or process insurance claims. However, most Journey products are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA.
Shipping
We aim to ship most orders within 48 business hours. For example, an order placed on Monday will typically be on its way by Wednesday. Standard ground shipping generally takes 4–9 business days from the date your order ships. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress every step of the way. We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed during national holidays may experience minor delays, but we'll get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Returns

UPWalker Warranty
The frame is warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under NORMAL use, for the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser when purchased from Journey Health & Lifestyle or an authorized Journey Health & Lifestyle dealer. Accessories and non-durable components such as wheels, brakes, seat, lights, handgrips, and armrests, which are susceptible to normal wear and tear and subject to periodic replacement, are warrantied for six (6) months. During these warranty periods, our warranties cover all parts, labor and shipping for repairing the UPWalker. Our warranties expire on their respective anniversaries and immediately upon any sale or transfer of ownership or use of the product to another person.

With the UpWalker premium Lite I can walk much farther with very little pain. Now I don’t hesitate to walk longer distances which greatly increases my mobility and my confidence in going to far more places than before without it. My wife also uses it for the same purpose. Our adult son has a brain injury from the Army so has balance issues. This walker has given him his freedom back. It has more stable base that a regular walker and the height helps him stand straighter. The hand brakes are easy to access. It folds easily and is light enough to easily be lifted into the trunk.
