The Zinger® is a fun and lightweight power chair with patented dual-lever steering for a 24” zero-turn radius, easy to maneuver indoors and out. The Zinger Chair is a personal electric vehicle and is not a medical device nor a wheelchair. It is not intended for medical purposes to provide mobility to persons restricted to a sitting position. Journey does not diagnose, prescribe, accept, or process insurance claims. However, most Journey products are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA. FAA compliant.
Shipping
We aim to ship most orders within 48 business hours. For example, an order placed on Monday will typically be on its way by Wednesday. Standard ground shipping generally takes 4–9 business days from the date your order ships. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress every step of the way. We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed during national holidays may experience minor delays, but we'll get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Zinger Power Chair Warranty
Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants the frame, mechanical and electrical components including the motor to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the original purchase date. The originally supplied battery, tires, fabric seat and seat back and the seat cushion are all warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the original purchase date. If within such warranty period any such component or part shall be proven to Journey Health & Lifestyle’s satisfaction to be defective, the product shall, at Journey Health & Lifestyle’s option, be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished product components. In some cases an installation kit with instructions may be provided to the owner to facilitate installation of a replacement product component. This warranty does not include any labor changes incurred in product component installation. The warranty period of the repaired or replaced product shall terminate with the termination of the warranty period for the original product. Journey Health & Lifestyle’s sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this
warranty shall be limited to such repaired or replaced product.

I have had my zinger for a couple of yrs. Even though i love it I have been looking at the zoomer and was wondering if I could trade my zinger for a zoomer. I have had so many great comments on my zinger. I really need one control.

Received zinger and so very glad. This is ricks second zinger. We had the first one for 5/6 years. It is still able to be used but wanted one that looked in a little better condition. It has enabled Rick to attend many functions such as grandkids baseball, football and basketball games. Easy to load into jeep or van. Thank you

100% disabled veterans , I have a small car with little trunk space with no room behind the seat . For years my care giver would have to walk from the parking lot to retrieve a wheelchair to push me around the VA hospital.
Now we drive to the parking lot she can unload the Zinger chair , help me into the chair . From that point on I’m able to transport myself around the hospital. Thank you Zinger
